Don't Look Anywhere Else!
My wife and I were a bit hesitant about refinancing with a cash-out in order to renovate our current home because of the current state of the housing market but every time we came up with a reason not to go through with it Dean would patiently let us express our concerns and he would take his time and go over the pros and the cons with no fluff, just the facts. We appreciated that so much because we know from previous experiences how many times lenders and real estate agents will tell you just what you want to hear just to seal the deal . You won't find that with Dean because he's a straight shooter and from his tone and presence we get that he wants help his clients and won't pressure them into making financial decisions that will hurt them long term and he's even expressed that. We never felt pressured through the whole process and we feel confident that we made the right decision. Like anything else in life there's always risk involved when making big financial decisions but Dean put us in a place where we could clearly see how the advantages far outweighed the risks. Dean's candidness and knowledge and patience in sharing that knowledge made this so much easier than our previous refinance experience that we wish we would have done it sooner. When we're ready to make the move and sell our current home and move into our forever home Dean will be our guy. Don't hesitate, call him.

Dean was AMAZING! From our first conversation he confidently told me that he could get me close on my house and he meant what he said. My transaction was very complicated but he always had a solution to whatever problem came up, he never made me feel overwhelmed even though there was so much going on around closing on this house.
